Тhe Mayor of the Cherkassy City Mr. Sergiy Odarych admitted to smoking marijuana (Cannabis) and "setting up" their American colleague

Probably, analysing the previous mistakes while conducting reports before the city community, Sergiy Odarych decided to change the tactics and become, so to say, the "fellow" for an audience. But wanted, as better - went out, as usual. Sensational frankness with which Sergiy Olegovych came forward in public during a duty report on February, 19, threatens to grow into international scandal.

It is hard to understand why Mr. Odarych resorted to frank flashbacks, both with the purpose of obtaining a positive relation from the side of audience or with some other purpose. Certain part of those who were present at the meeting was formed by the students of one of Cherkassy Higher Educational Establishments (Institutions). Probably, Sergey Odarych decided to talk with them on themes which, in opinion of a free democrat and on his second job - the Mayor of the City, - as it was said during the meeting, - should interest a young audience. Such theme became the theme of drugs use, namely marijuana smoking.

- I met the Mayor of New Jersey in 1992, - Mr. Odarych went into flashbacks about the past. - He arrived, brought plenty of philanthropic aid for people suffered after Chernobyl disaster and managed to bring a little marijuana somewhere there in a sock. He wanted to treat me somehow. I inhaled once, said - no, sufficiently. After the try, I felt absolutely merrily for about two days.

But who of us is without a sin? - you will ask. But taking into account his Mayor of the City position, could such frankness be admitted? But let’s leave it on the conscience of Mr. Sergiy Olegovych, because he considers himself the Best PR-technologies Connoisseur like no one in the whole Cherkassy. We will only mark, that Mr. Odarych did not take into consideration a few essential points. Minding the current legislation of the United States, the mentioned Mayor from New Jersey, could easily be brought up to the criminal account without any ceremony, due to the frankness of his Cherkassy colleague. Moreover, taking again into account Mr. Odarych’s frankness and the above mentioned circumstances, he himself is likely to have serious complications with obtaining an Entrance Visa to the USA, while applying for it next time.

Therefore, the Mayor of the City presumably, should have found a “Golden Middle” while socializing with the city community as much it followed however; and out goes so, that he gives vent to his unjustified anger, or tries to set fraternity needed by nobody. But not to lay "Antenna" to unfair pursuit of the City Mayor, who differs from other politicians by his originality. And more main in all – Mr. Sergiy Odarych should learn to keep all his promises, given to the Cherkassy - vites during primaries, and presenting annual reports, because, as it is known, one can expect expectations, but the patience can break in.
